95-99 eclipse rear license plate bracket same?

I just put on a 97-99 eclipse rear bumper in place of the blitz bumper the car came with and I need license plate bracket and lights.
Is 95-96 license plate bracket/lights same as 97-99?
Is lights and bracket one piece?
