Hey, everybody. I got rearended, and now my bumper cover is messed up. I was thinking if anybody has a 91 Talon rear bumper if not... Should then I go ahead and do the conversion to an Eclipse bumper (bc. I can get one easier than the Talon's). So, Eclipse rear bumper with aftermarket Altezzas:

I will have them painted in red.

What do you think? Besides, I'm not paing out of my pocket. I also was wondering what would it take to do it, like different wiring, or different bumper support etc.? Any help, and opinons would be appreciated. Just need an opinion. Thanks.

I like the talon rear better. But Im sure someone here has done the conversion and can help you out.

A lot of people do the conversions from talon to eclipse. The supports should stay the same, along with the wiring although i believe the fog lights are in a different location a little, just have to move the wiring about six inches. The bumper should go right on if you buy the tail lights as well. Depending, those could take a little work to fit in the front corners (closest to the front of the car on either side) because the radius on the front corners is a little different in each model. Other than that it should be plug and play. Good luck.

Thanks fellas. But now you got me really thinking. Just please help me decide what to do then. And if anybody has a 1G with the conversion like, post the pics (especially if they are painted red), I want to take a look at it. Thanks again.
