I'm more of a speed guy, and I don't know that much about all of the car stereo products that are out at the moment. But I would like to get a little bit of sound in my ride, what would be good for a single sub set up that would sound good? I'm looking at maybe a 12 or a 10, and what kind of amp would be good to push it? Also what kind of 6x9s would be a good replacement for the factory ones?

thank you.

Heh, i actually am a stereo guy, but i love performance more than anything. Are you wanting BOOM or Good clean bass? Also matters on what type of music you listen to.

Yeah i have the same questions as damiongst.
I want a clean bass.. What would do me good?

Im thinkin Of 2 6x9 subs and 1 amp and get aftermarket speakers..
Im not sure who sells good $hit but i saw this 10"sub with a amp built into it... are those any good?

As you can tell im not a sound guy.

I want nice clean bass, I just want to enjoy some music with out having to listen to my exhaust. (I have a 4k rpm droning sounds that drives me nuts). I listen to all types of music but mostly rap.
