Just curious if any of you guys know how to get the light in the hazard switch to work.

I got another hazard switch and put it in the empty hole under the rear window defrost button. I cut out a factory plug in so that i could just plug straight in to the new hazard switch and wired up to that so i didnt have to disect the new switch.

I put power(12 volts) to the switch but it still doesnt light up when the lights are turned on. Id rather not take the switch apart to put a LED in but let me know.

Anyways might be a little confusing but any help would be awesome. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks in advance.

so ya wanna do what i did eh ?

to light it up is easyest to take the button appart and see what pins goto the light bulb.
Also if your sure ya wired it up right... did ya pull out the bulb to make sure A) there is one in there and b) it isnt burned out ?
( and ya the hazard button does light up )
