eclipse to talon conversion

Well all the talon guys want to convert to and eclipse...do u think and eclipse converted to a talon would look alright? let me know....not to sure yet though...

In my opinion only if you were going to a 97-98 talon look. I like those almost as much as the 97-99 Eclipses.

Why would anybody want to do that?? They could sell their stock eclipse, buy a talon of similar quality and get like $3K out of the deal.

Talon-Eclipse convo works because it saves money from buying an eclipse.

actually the 98 tsi awds are pretty pricey but i think thats one of the sweetest talons ever made.... a guy i know just bought one w/o a motor.

My brother has a 98 eagle talon and he wants to trade my body kit for his factory bumpers....i'm going to do it just because not everyone has it done....i'll post pics later on....

I think Talons look better so converting to a Talon would look sweet in my opinion. The 95-96 Eclipse's are the worst looking 2G.

I guess your one consolation is it won't look like a rental fleet car.

I have a 98 Talon. I would love to get my hands on the rear and sides of an Eclipse, I don't like the Talons as much, but the front end. If anyone wants to trade rears Let me know, I have 98 Silver/Grey? talon


but I do agree the Talons fronts look much nicer.

done it to my 1g, it was easy, bumpers, steering wheel ceneter peice, the peice below the door, and the grill and tail light...easy

I'm planning to swap out my 97 Talon front and back for a 99 eclipse front and back....I love the talon kit, but im aiming for a UK/JDM look and for that i would need the eclipse kit..Mainly cause of the European back lights & them sexy black housing lights...if only those lights were on the talons aswell....

Lol..this is a little off subject but everyone used to think my car used to be a talon because of the paint job, but no its not. I just wanted it to look like a old black and white police car. I love cruising down the interstate and seeing poeople from other stats slow down when they spot me from a distance...just check out my gallery
