after doin some porting i took the car out for the first time with my logger installed. it was about 50 degrees outside and i wanted to c if i fixed my creep problems. so i go out and i set it to somewhere around 16psi and i of course still have some creep and i didnt c any knock in any gears. i hit fuel cut twice because of the creep and still no knock. timing seemed good and was good with the rpms. is there somethin wrong with my logger or sensor? im runnin mmcd. im on 93 octane all the time too.

Just because you hit fuel cut doesn't mean that you will automatically going to knock to my knowledge.

yeh, remember what fuel cut actually is...its when the computer reads theres too much air and thinks it cant make up with the fuel consumption. Knock is when you start to lean out and hit pre ignition or post ignition on the stroke of the cylinder or say you have bad gas...something along th elines of that.

Your probably pulling excellent timing too 24 advances maybe?

No to be an ass, but can you please try to... make sense next time?:thumb:

The more parameters you are sampling at one time on your Pocketlogger the more you LESSEN the accuracy of the readings - By chance were you sampling the Max number of parameters? When I'm trying to read knock I only read 3-4 parameters.

i only sampled four and i got no knock. once i get insured and plated ill take it out and log it again. then ill post the log, but i need to get rid of the rest of my creep first. 34mm flapper is in the mail so that should do the trick!:thumb:
