ok well for the past few weeks my battery light will appear, then when i shut the car off and turn it on its gone and wont come on until who knows when. so this weekend i go and get gas and the bat light was on didnt think much of it, so i turn off the car get gas then go to start the car and its started to then died and all power when out, nothing at all, so i get out and jiggle the battery wires, then she starts right up (connectors are cleaned by the way), so then yesterday i came to a stop sighn and all my interior lights when off for a second then came on, i was like wow that was weird.

part 2.
ok so today after getting ready to close the resturant i manage, i notice a big grease fire under neather the grill, so i spent an extra 2 hours putting that out and cleaning it, so i get in my car to leave, its starts up then bat light comes on agian, so i dropped my coworker off, and shut my car off then started it, it started then died right away, then i start agian and everything is fine, then i was driving home on the freeway and all of a sudden interior lights when out agian along with my head lights, so i put on my high beams and they work, then my interior lights came back on, so i got home, now i have no low beams, my car is really low to the ground so not many people notice, but i dont like this. any one have any ideas, i am figuring my altinator is goin, but why would my lights die as im driving then my low beams wont come back on?

thanks Eric

ok well first off i dont know if any stores around me do diagnostic tests for free, but i will definatly be checkin this weekend (i work 60 hours in 5 days every week so i dont have much time to look at it during the week.)

ok well today while on lunch break i looked at all my fuses and then all looked good so i took out my low beam bulbs, the ones i just put in 2 months ago that cost me $42 and sure enough both of them had blown, so that power surge or lose of power must have blown them both. good thing i still have my old ones.

Did u try to put a test light between your negative battery terminal and the connector to see if there was a short somewhere??? The manual will tell you how to do it in the alternator check section. good luck! ive had some electrical problems as well.
