Black out headlights

1 Remove corner marker lights.
2 Remove headlight 4 bolts hold it on.
3 Open head light Remove clips( place in oven 350 for 3 to 5 mins or use a hair dryer be very carefull and remove all bulbs)
4 Mask and sand bottom of the lens ( this is painted grey use 200 grit for bottom and 400 for the rest of the lens) tape the lens and use your finger nail along the crease. Then use a sharp knife to cut along crease. Remove extra masking tape.
5 There are 2 screws that hold on the inside flasher lens(Remove them)
6 Remove the low beam diffuser ( 2 screws)
7 Mask the refective surface (take your time) Remeber leave some of it exposed and sand with 330 grit.
8 One headlight took me 3 hours to do so don't rush.
9 Place every thing back together.( make sure you don't forget to screw in the low beam diffuser I did)

I used a hair dryer to put the lens back together.
This is a weekend project TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!!
