good day eh
i'm an automotive engineering student up here in minnesota, and as such, i have access to equipment someone of my experience should not be within 50 yards of. i was planning on throwing my injectors on the cleaner/testing machine we have.
first of all, anybody know an approximate fuel pressure to set the machine to for flow and pulse testing? i'm running stock pump, injectors, with a new filter. that sounds kinda pathetic, like a new filter is my attempt at upgrading.
secondly, i've heard that the stock fuel system after the filter is fairly restrictive, which leads to lower injector pressure at the far end of the rail than at the passenger side. is this not a big problem with a stock set up? how about if i plan mild upgrades, like an intake and an intercooler sprayer? would it be worth my time to place the faster flowing injectors towards the end of the rail to try to counteract the lower pressure?

Trust me our fuel rail are good for 11 and possiably lower.
