I have a 1G TSI and everytime i ride on the interstate for more than 30 minutes and then get off it grinds third gear no matter how slow u try to engage it or anything...what the hell could it be? any answers would be appreciate
 
I forgot to mention that it grinds 3rd up to about 10 minutes or so after i get off the interstate..but after 10 minutes it stops...
