turboed 1.8L???

this is my situation, i got a '93 4g63t motor no tranny and i took it to a local import shop to get it dropped into my car. the only problem i've got now is getting the transmission. They can't find one either.

They told me it would cost the same to get my 1.8L turbocharged and it would be more reliable and faster. Yes i'm aware of what the 1.8L engine consists of, they think that that engine should be able to produce the same if not more than the 4g63t motor.

I need some help deciding what to do. turbocharge or swap the motor?

Please dont say that I should sell my car and get a GSX or T cuz its cheaper to get the motor swapped than buying one of them cars. anyways I can't find one here even if i wanted it.

all I gotta say is, dont believe them cause theyre wrong. Keep looking out for a tranny for it but its not just a tranny your gonna need for your car, your gonna need wiring and other items too, if your really looking for a tranny check out my sig mitsugraveyard has one Im pretty sure about that and everything else you will need to complete the 4G63 swap into your car. The 1.8 wasnt made to be boosted bro I dont think I would go the turbo 1.8 route, but thats just my opinion
