5 speed to auto

im looking at buying theses 2 1g dsms and one has a bad fwd 5 speed and the other has a good awd auto. also the one with the 5 speed has the title and the other doesnt. how hard would it be to swap the trannies, being that i would have all the parts?

manual to auto because im under the impression that the manual tranny is shot. you say it wont bolt up, not even if i have every last part of the auto?
