Alrighty... i found an injen intake at ptuning.com for $175.. now i need help with an exhaust.. i cant find headers for my 94 1.8 sohc talon dl... i am guessing i just need to do a cat-back... but i dont know exactly what to look for. i hear greddy evo is an awesome exhaust but i dont know where to look and i dont know exactly what i am going to need to put it on. i need some help here. thanks guys. all input is greatly appriciated.

the reason you can't find a header is because they don't make them, you can have one fabricated at a local muffler shop or machine shop but u better have the bucks to have that done. www.nopi.com has a good catback exhaust system made from pacesetter for a good price. but when you are searching for the exhaust search under 1990/ mitsubishi/ eclipse. for some reason there is more parts listed for the for that make and model which i don't know why since the engines and everything is idenical except alittle body diferences. oh and any 2.0L fwd 90-94 catback exhaust will fit the 1.8L.

they really neglect us 1.8 owners!!! thanks alot, and i am assuming i should put a 2.5" exhaust on... if not lemme know!! thanks

with a cat-back exhaust would a high flow cat really make a difference... and what is a down pipe...

i really don't know about a high flow cat never had one before to me there just a waste of money but you can cut the cat of and put in straut pipe there thats what i am doing it will free up a couple of ponies and make the engine run alittle better because the cat leans your gas mixture i don't know how strict it is where you live though. a down pipe is from your exhaust manifold to your cat, i really havient found one for the 1.8 yet but i let you know when i do.
