Any information is appreciated.

I have 1 97 GS with 420A and 110,000 miles on it. Not sure about the difference but 100,000 are from previous owner and were mostly highway miles, if that makes a difference.

I was looking into turboing this car. Not onlt for the performance but also because nobody here has a conversion.

Is my engine too used? I've heard some say build the engine up first, what does this mean EXACTLY? I was thinking about starting off with a stage I from either Hahn or Star and getting to know my car before taking on anything else that required alot of money and work.

Any advice on what I should do and relistically expect?

Thanks.

you should get a compression test done and/or a leak down test. replace the head gasket, water pump and many gaskets before you do this..

you don't need to build up the bottom end right away, but youll wish you did. its not.. will my bottom end last, its how long will it last. you can find bottom end kits from www.howellautomotive.com.

by building the bottom end, we are talking about new pistons and rods to handle the boost you are about to give it.
