I am hopefully going to be getting a killer deal on a brand new gt35r. I am wonder what else I need for it to bolt up. I know I need a new exhaust manifold, but what else. Right now I have a scm61 dsm bolt on, with external wastegate ran off the exhaust manifold. Will the lines fit? What will I all need? I can't pass this deal up on the turbo!!!

Is it a mitsu flange or a t3 flange? You will need a different oil feed and oil return as they have different center sections. The stock water lines will fit with some minor tweaking. Depending on the compressor cover you go with the intake you have now for the scm61 may or may not fit. I would do all new gaskets and of course crush washers as well. With that you should be good to go. :thumb:

You can get it in either T3 flange or Mitsu flange my friend. ;)

It is a T3 flange. So the oil lines that were on the scm will not fit? Also I thought that they gt35r was just oil fed not water and oil? Also what about the O2 housing?
Thanks
Doug
P.S Are gt35r's setup for an external wastegate off the o2 housing or the manifold, and how can you tell the difference when looking at them?

All dual ball bearing centers are water and oil. For the o2 housing you will have to custom fab something yourself. Are you purchasing a 5 bolt or 4 bolt outlet? If it is a 4 bolt the WG has to be on the manifold. If it is a 5 bolt you can do either or. If on the manifold the block off the wastegate hole on the turbine side with the appropriate flange if on the o2 housing leave it open. :thumb:

Thanks man I am probably going to get this turbo then I mean for 850 bucks cash I don't think that can be beat and its brandy new!!! Even if I don't use it I will probably just sell it and make a few bucks on it.

That's a pretty good deal. If you bolt it on your car make sure you have the right fuel setup for it and let us know how you like it. :rocks:
