It's good to see more venues for track experiences here on the site.:thumb: Here on the Regional forum, is probably a better spot to place these next time. I have a question regarding your current fee policy. Does your fee, charge for each vehicle, or each driver (two drivers - one car). I looked on your site, but was unable to find an answer.

Thanks

Tom

Thanks for the headsup :) fee is per driver

we have a couple of dsm's signed up already that have come to our previous days :):dsm:

I wish I could go, but it's on my mom's birthday. I'll definitely be there for your July 7th Streets of Willow event! :dsm:

I'd love to, but my car's sitting headless at the moment. Doubt she'll be together in time.. and even if she is, I don't have a helmet or the required fire extinguisher. :b

Heh. Can't help but remember 'impact foam' from Demolition Man. :D

And I thought that Willow Springs always required a purple-grade fire extinguisher to be mounted in the vehicle, and easily accessible externally?

Well the 2 events I went to they didn't require it. I know the corner marshals have extinguishers. Also, it may depend on who is hosting the event. SRT Motorsports is awesome, definitely the most track time and the best schedule layout. Laid back and just pure fun, and haven't had any problems.

I was out there at the April 21st SOW day, that was a blast!

If I can keep the car from hitting 30 psi whenever it feels like it, I'd love to make the july 7th SOW date. I'll probably come up on the 3rd just to watch, to see what horsethief looks like. I've heard its pretty crazy. $10 spectator fee, right?

all you need is the helmet, our fire & rescrue crew has plenty of fire extinguishers :D

cool, see you there :) We don't charge anything to come watch, but WSIR charges everyone $10 at the gate no matter what :thumb:

Would I be able to go in my spyder? Any restriction on convertible tops?

You need a roll bar (4pt or more) to drive on any track at willow springs if you have a convertible :)

Who all (DSM) are paid up, to be there?

Put me down for this weekend, I need to do some test and tuning. I'll call and furnish you with the payment info.

How long are the sessions to be?
Thanks

I think the event went very well, plenty of track time and it was obvious, that extra effort was made by Sam and everyone at SRT, to keep things moving along. It was simply, a pleasure running at this event. :thumb:

We have a number of photos, from the event, here is one.
