Have you checked your TPS to make sure it is showing 100% (or near it)?

I agree you definitely have boost leaks, also you should run it up closer to 7k. Your boost should hit around 1000rpm sooner (leaks) and when your timing drops when it hits (4121 rpm in your log) the timing should steadily rise up to redline, and end up close to 19 or 20. Anywhere you see the timing dip you are most likely getting knock and need to add some fuel. Since you don't have any fuel mods, you are pretty much limited to air and spark, so make sure you have no leaks, and your plugs are in good shape and gapped correctly. Have you done the fuel pump rewire? It could be of great benefit here.
 
K, I figured I had a leak- i'll go ahead and check. Also, no I haven't done the rewire, maybe I'll take care of that this weekend.
 
Boost leaks can be castatrophic. I'd say once or twice a year, replace all vacuum lines. I'll do it quite often just to give me the comfort on knowing that i'm not loosing power.
