Clicking sound, no power steering, break light and battery light on

ok so it was just hailing. i get in my car and i start to notice that the breaks are extra sensitive when im leaving the3e parking lot. then i start to lose pressure and after a few pumps it comes back to normal. then i start hearing a clicking sound on the right passanger side. my power steering goes out, my break light, and my battery light both come on. any idea what might be going on?

Measure the battery voltage while running to see if the alternator is still putting out. Should be around 14.4V.

So I just got off the phone with the mechanic where I take everything to. He said the camshaft pulley snapped in two pieces because the belt broke. With parts and labor it's going to be about $322
