I'm hearing a very loud horn sound when I accelerate. Its starts when I go into boost and gets louder the higher the gauge goes. It sounds like someone is squeezing an airhorn right into my ears, its so loud that I have to let off the gas to get relieve since its so piercing. Now I started to notice that sound when I did the dump tube mod and it got louder when I installed a cone filter, and finally I got a dejon intake which made it ultra loud. Now I don't recall whether the stock 2g BOV made the sound or it could of started when I put the 1g bov, but Im suspecting its the 1g bov making all the damn noise. But I want a second opinion before I test my theory by searching for and reinstalling the 2g bov.

The BOV has nothing to do with it while accelerating. It only acuates when the throttle plate closes to release the air trapped in the intake tract.

Now this noise is probably coming from you having solid piping now and not the sound deadening rubber one.

it happens to me too when i accelerate hard. Its like the sound of the engine at first and then it gets luder and deeper like yur hearing an evo exhaust in the engine bay
