Storm Lake,
I recently remove my stock turbo spoiler and I found out there was three holes left on my car. How can I fix this problem, can I do it myself or I need to take it to the body shop for them to shave the holes out. I would rather do it myself to save money but if there isn't another way then I will settle with the body shop.
Thanks guys! :dsm: :thumb: :dsm:

Shaveing the door handes is a bit involving ......but filling in 3 holes where your wing was this you can do on your own. As for the shaveing the door handles a torch would get rid of the handles then you would have to weld a plate where the door handles were, lots of grinding and pudying, primeing and painting not something that really can be done at home unless you have these things in your garage.

normaly comes with poppers/ brain / remote / bair-bones mounting hardware / wires - you gota make it work- the poppers hook to your rods that relese the door latchs. they 'pull' them like you would with the handle. back up way of getting in.. is use the hatch :D

You have to have handles so they can inspect your car. If you dont them just be sure to let them have some way to get in.

I know i could use a little wider tire, but the tires are brand new!! and not bald!! And in Canada we dont need handles to race!! That is pretty stupid i think??
O h and here is another pic!!

Have you thought about lowering it a litlle bit..it would look cleaner imho.
And the gap would not be so noticeable...looks good though without the handles...sweet!!:thumb:

Oh and did you do it or a shop??
If it was you good job and come do mine...LOL

Its in my garage right now and half tore apart it will be lowered by tommorow night if all goes well!! And no the body shop did the handles i dont think i could dothat good of a job!! LOL!!:D

I think it looks very clean.

However as FourG63 97GST said you will not pass inspection at the track if you ever thought about going.

Well, it dependson what track you go to, but at most tracks they require you to have door handles so that if something happens (i.e. accident) they need some way to get you out of the car quickly, and with the pro cars, they usually don't have windows. With street cars, smashing the window and pulling you out might have dire consequenses like glass fragments impaling into your body... not good.

I think it looks ok the handles but good thing I didn't get them. I would get tired of the Dukes of Hazard style thing.

I actually think tachs are fine in cars, if not only for the shift light. My girlfriend bought me one as a gift, and I have mine in my car for sentimental reasons, and for the shift light (that's gotta be one of the most thoughtful things she's ever bought me, although I would have preferred an Apexi AVC-R:thumb:). Anyways, I guess what I'm saying is to each his own, he posted for comments about his handles, not about his tach, so I don't believe we should get off the subject, or this will become one of those many, many, many "rice this" and "rice that" forums. I think your handles look good, and with a drop, your car would be pretty clean.

Ya i dont do the dukes to get in the car !! (door poppers)!!!!!! Elctric selnoids!!!:thumb: push a button door pops open!! Y would u go through the window?? And ya every one likes them a lot car is half lowered right now!! It will be done after i get of work!! And the tack is awesome! I love it especially when the shift light comes on!! (NOT ###)!!!!:thumb:
