i'm currently running a '98 eclipse RS. i'm not sure if i want to go turbo or not. if i decide to stay N/T where is a good place to start with my mods?

You should probably decide and plan out what you want to do with this car in the long run, because all motor cars and turbo cars require different routes/parts. alot of the performance parts you buy now will have to be replaced if you go turbo down the road. If you stay all motor, just start with the basic bolt ons , intake, exhaust, header, tune up stuff, etc.
