you mean intercooler? well first off you need a turbo. second, i dont think you should be putting it in since you dont seem to know what its needed for

Im trying to learn about my car. i saw a car the other day with one and he said it wasnt turbo.

The purpose of an intercooler is to cool the intake air after it has absorbed heat off of the turbocharger and try to take it back down to ambient temperature.

When your car is NA there isn't anything heating up your intake (other than a little heat in the engine bay) so an intercooler isn't going to do anything other than serve as a huge restriction and get you laughed at.
