Hey guys, is there a way for me to check my compression at home? With normal tools I would have laying around, or does it need to be sent to a shop? What would be a good compression to have? Thanks guys

^^^That is excatly right. The numbers will be different from car to car but there should be no more than a 10% difference between the readings. You can get a comp tester at any parts store. Other than that all you need is a spark plug sockett and the tester.
