Intake Question

I was looking at a Weapon R Dragon Intake for my car... the cheapest I've found was 130. It looks good... and seems to perform well... but is it worth it over a 20 dollar ebay intake (generic?)... I mean do you really notice it? Also... what if I bought an ebay filter system, and a weapon r foam filter... ?
