Upstream heated O2 sensor

where can i find it and how much is it? also i am getting 2 of the same CEL codes for this sensor, 21. why am i getting two of the same code?

is this sensor hard to install?

It's an easy install for the most part. You get the part from the dealer, or they do make some bosch ones but I hear they die quickly. Sometimes you get two codes for the same issue because there may be 2 issues with it.
