Hesitation Help!!!!

Hesitation Help!!!!

Help My 95 N/T has a hesitation or surge I can't figure out! Ater driving around for awhile it will start to surge. I have put new plugs and wires, new fuel filter in and it still does it, it also runs hot, I have also put in a new thermostat, and it still runs hot! The surge I have is definetly worse when the temperature is hot out, it isn't nealry as bad at night. can anyone help me???
