I have a 1997 eclipse n/t. I have the head and of course the intake manifolds off of the car. Someone told me I could port everything and it would help with more power. I have a dremel tool and I was wondering what I needed to buy that would work the best and what I need to port and how much I need to port it? Is there any sites that talk about this? Thanks for your help!

unless you have the experience which it sounds like you don't, don't go attempting it, you could seriously mess up your head and intake manifold, if you do it right you could also really help it, it is a good way to get a lot more power, port too much and you lose power, just find that happy medium, have somewhere with a machine shop port and polish, mill the head, and do three way racing valve grinds, new valve stems and seals, and machine all the valves, but really unless you know what your doing don't go dremel tooling your way through your engine, it is just a recipe for disaster, besides, your gonna want all the valves and springs out anyway because you REALLY don't want metal shavings floating around your engine, if you do know how to use a wrench and your a good mechanic, pm me and I'll explain where you get the most horses from port/polishing, chris
