How hard is it to put on a new header and new headlights. Plan on doing it myself with a buddy that is a little more engine inclinded than i am. just wondering on what im looking forward too.. thanks

Header is easy as long as you can get the bolts out without breaking them off (happened to me and a friend). Are you replaced the whole headlight housing or just the bulbs? A Bumper swap?
