Exaust system question--please help

Ok...i went to the tuning section of this site and it gave a list of things you should do to your car to improve power. One of the options was get a cat-back system and the other was to replace your catalytic converter. I thought a high flow cat was included with the cat back system...please explain....thx.

The reason the cat-back exhaust does not include the catalytic converter dis not included because thats what it means. Exhaust from the cat and back. Or after the cat.

maniac - you are in florida like me - no emissions - its illegal to do, but i would (and did) get a straight through pipe to replace the cat. free's up lots of power. i paid too much for mine but oh well, it looks pretty. www.machv.com is where i got it
