alright, here's my problem. i ordred the screamin demon coil from howell. i didn't realize what flat and round pins they were talking about. big mistake. now i have a new coil that is completely useless to me because i have a 95 with the round tips, not the flat. so now my question is, a) do they make an adapter, or b) can i cut my off and switch it with a flat syle? if neither one of these will work, does someone want to buy the damn thing, because all its doing is taking up space... and collecting dust. oh yeah, just a little note, dont order anything electrical from howell without knowing 100% that it will work, because they won't take it back. :thumbdown

i asked the same question in a similar forum a couple of weeks ago.i hope someone knows the answer.if you get the connector from the dealer and it works let me know.good luck.

i called howell back and talked directly to gary, the owner. he said that you can cut the plug off of a 420A with the new flat pin plug and then wire it in the place of your old one. he said they do it all the time. he said there is no voltage drop or anything. i'm going to the junk yard tomorrow. i'll post something after i get the install done.
