I want to get a turbo for my car but my friend says its better to wait and do stuff to my engine first I have a few things done but I want a turbo he said that my engine is not ready for it what do you think guy what should I do then I am confused

do a compression test and make sure your car is tuned up. then buy a turbo kit and make sure you don't go past a stage II. Lots of people running on stock internals with no problems. but of course, you should expect extra wear on the engine

You cannot turbocharge an NA car and expect no worries. You are putting more stress on the engine that the manufacturer intended.

If your engine is in peak condition, you should have
less worries. You should be ok. But anything can happen. You must be prepared for the extra maintenance and responsibility. Pay attention to your gauges and follow up on anything that doesn't seem right.

so then what should I do then wait and modify my car a bit more or just get it now what should I do

That's really up to you. All I'm saying that you should really know what you're getting into. Check out www.2gnt.com. Lots of people there are turbocharged. Just read through the turbo section and that should give you a good idea of what to expect.
