Damn tranny

ok, last night i downshifted to 2nd at about 35-37ish mph...and i got it into 2nd fine...then went into third, it went in, then all a sudden it didn't go into fourth................. Its stuck in 3rd. it can move to 1,2,3,4,5 but the gear it is stuck in is 3rd. ANY IDEAS as to what i blew up in my tranny?

Your shift fork is disconnected/bent/stuck. I had a similar problem during a race. I tried for second, ground it hard, finally got it to go in but the stick was WAY off. It was almost in my lap. I actually broke the control arm off the shift fork I pulled so hard (I was pissed and adrenaline was pumping hard). I had forced it into second, but when I tried forcing it out, I completely snapped it and had NO gears. I could run through the gates, but nothing moved. It was expensive, don't do it. Have your tranny checked ASAP. We ended up fixing it with a sledgehammer and crowbar the next day, but my tranny is REAL finiky now.
