Yep an some people have a hood that's painted except for a big diamond on the hood that is clear.

They are also illegal. Why would any one want one except for show? Unless you like displaying to the public what goodies you have under your hood.

It would IMHO only look good if you have a tricked out showcar, but I bet you somebody is going to buy it and actually drive with it everyday. It is different and is bound to happen. You may never hear about if here on DSM Tuners a hard core tuning community, but it will happen.

I not saying don't dis on the idea of it, but of the ricey mods it has to be one of the most innovative yet to me. I don't like it as much now that you told me you could not use it other than show. If the quality of it is that cheap it doesn't deserver respect.

It is gets an A+ in my book for PURE CREATIVITY though.

I am not impressed with it if you can't use it in real life daily driving though. That is my greatest criticism. Hard core racer types I know why you hate it.
