ow dod you install your seatbelt/harness to the new seat? The stock seat has it where the bolt goes into the side of the seat, but the Tenzo R that i got has no bolt hole. Did you have to make another mounting place?

Well, right now i have the harness on the stock seat, but i think im gonna go back to the stock seatbelts for the winter (pain in the ass to get on with a thick jacket). I want to know where both would go since the harness uses the stock mounting points. And the mounting point i am talking about would be the one on the right side/ next to the center console.

Well, IMO the best/safest way to create a mounting point for a harness is to weld a plate to the floor where the harness needs to attach. Drill a hole in the plate for an appropiately sized eye bolt. Tighten the bolt, some locktite might not be a bad idea. FAsten the harness to the eye bolt. For added safety you could add a 'gusset plate' to the bottom underneath the floorboard by drilling two smaller holes in opposing corners of the plates, then bolting through the top plate, the floorboard, and the bottom gusset plate.

If you plan to do this and need any more info feel free to PM me.

Good luck,

I think i understand what you r talking about. Would you be able to drill a hole in the frame and mount it there right next to the seat or would that not be stable enough?

stock seatbelts mount to the rail and slider kits for aftermarket seats, harness's (3 point? 5 point?) mount w/ kits to the stock/aftermarket mounting kit, rear rollbar, or (at your own risk) custom installed points along the floor/rear of the car and side stock shoulder mounting points.

I think im gonna try and mount it to the bracket that came with the seat. I think that will be the best way to go. And the harness is a 3-point and i just needed to know where the one bolt went, i have the other two covered. The tops mounted in the rear seat floor from the stock hole and i used the stock hole on the door side.
