My brother and I just finished a molded sub enclosure for my car. The eclosure came out pretty good, however we won't be using it. Over the winter I'll be building an all new enclosure. Anyway here are some pics of our build-up.

Reason I'm not using it is because of a few small measurement problems. 1. The rear sub on the drivers side hits the stupid hump on the trunk lid for the wiper. 2. The resin on the edges shrunk so there is a small gap between the box and the weather stripping. 3. There is a noticeable gap where the enclosure meets the plastics at the point of the rear side window. I had a plan to fix all of it, but after going to Hot Import Nights I decided I have to build something better than this. I'll probably tear it appart so I can get the sub-rings out. Those damn things were expensive.
