What size Fuel Pump and Injectors are sufficient to provide for an FP Green? Any other fuel management upgrade (BESIDES an S-AFC) I should concider for an FP Green? Also, I know its benificial to rewire the stock pump, should I rewire the aftermarket fuel pump as well when I install the new pump, or should I leave it? Thanks.

ive been runnin green for over a year and the rest of the setup is ...Haltech E6-K standalone ecu, evo head, 272/272 cams, 190 lph fuel pump and 680 cc injectors......etc
190 lph is totally enought and if you get 650-680 injectors you wont have any problem with fuel pressure (w/ 190) therefore no need for fpr
good luck
pm me if you need any help

wow. the 190 is really enough of a pump for the Green? I always thought you would need atleast a 255. Personally I would go over and above whats necesary to stay safe and get a Supra pump and 720s.

190 is totally enough. A lot of people always think bigger but when you actually tune the car you can see that it's enough. I've been runnin my denso 190 for a year with built evo head, hks 272/272 cams and 680 inj's and never had any problems. At this stage it's all about tuning. You have to spend at least good two weeks (especially on standalone) to get the car tuned right.
I just added big spearco 2-216 race core, 2.5" piping and Tial bov. Still no problems with the fuel pump.
good luck:thumb:

Sweet. Thanks for all the answers. Im sure Ill be turning back to you FP Green powered guys in the future.

One more question, should I do the re-wire mod to the 190 when I get it? Thanks for the helpful info.

yea you should do the rewire mod. it helps deliver more consistent fuel flow. also i had a friend that ran a FP green with a denso fuel pump. i believe it was a denso 150 re wired with 660's and it was plenty of fuel to put him in into mid 12's.

I run a 255lph fuel pump (not rewired), and 550cc injectors with my FP Green, but have a set of 660's I need to swap in and re-tune with DSMLink. I recomend an AFPR though....tuning is a BEEIIIITCH without one! I need one bad!

i just got my car started last night... put on the green turbo and tial. I am running 750cc injectors with a whinebro 255 hp pump, however i do have an aeromotive regulator... so that is helpful. But I like what larry has to say, go above and beyone (if you ever decide to upgrade its there) and compensate for it with AFPR or your fuel management whatever it may be.
