Hi there i just bought a 92 TSI awd and was looking atmods already. What kind of gain is ther from going from a manifold to a header?

A header is typically for a n/a car. A exhaust manifold is for a turbocharged car. You can get a tubular manifold or a better than stock one. I would recommend a 2G one for your stock set up because they are better than the 1G ones.

a ported 2g manifold it just fine. The 1g manifold is prone to cracking. Unless your running some monster turbo, tubular is overkill and money can be spelt elsewhere. Just my .02 cents.
