anyone who has a stage 3 spec or similar clutch is it much different from the stock clutch....how much different...im getting one put it tomorrow...just wanted to know how its gonna feel compared to stock

As martin will probably tell you, running a puck style clutch without necessity is silly. They typically have grumpy engagement characteristics and pack enough friction to launch a semi-truck. If you are still on the stock turbo, go with a more street friendly setup.

Before joining this site, I had never heard of Spec clutches before. I had my heart set on an Unorthodox Racing Kevlar clutch, but then I heard a lot of great reviews from users here that said the Spec Stage 2 was a great product, and it has all the qualities I was looking for. After checking a few vendors, I see that its price is also amazing. Since I very badly need a new clutch soon, I'll definitely be buying one. I don't think my car is anywhere near ready for a Stage 3, though.
