when shifting quickly from 2nd to 3rd, my rpms stall out and engine tone seems to sound like it is bogging out, but this is with shifts that are perfectly fine, my car did a similar thing on the stock maf but I have a blow thru setup which is untuned and am surprised to have this bogging like problem after very fast shifts. please help

Its possible that you have bad motor mounts. When you shift it really quick the motor hits the metal inside the mount and the knock sensor picks it up.

Maybe you should try tuning it for a 3rd gear pull and see if that helps it.

I am not sure how to tune the maft or which dial to change, is it better for the stock program of the maft or should it be tuned?

ya if your venting it should definately try to stall.Whenever I vented my automatic if i would let off the gas right before it shifted my car it would try to stall. Are you?

Since he is running his MAF/MAF-T setup in a blow-thru configuration, I do not see how venting or not-venting is a factor here.

i am venting but it is not trying to stall, it is like when you have a really bad shift with too much on the gas, rpms kindof stay around where you shifted to till the car figures out what is going on
