Slow Site Speeds and Downtime

You may have noticed the slow page load speeds and inaccessibility of our site this week. It appears that we were attacked by a hacker. Back on Tuesday, we noticed the the site was crashing and the loading times were terrible. We tried a number of things to fix it but were unsuccessful. We worked closely with the host to figure out what was going on and found out that someone was attacking our site, making it unavailable to most of our visitors. No data was lost thankfully, and we are confident that things will be back to normal in a couple more days.

Some people may still be affected due to our "fixes". We apologize for any inconvenience and will continue to work on this issue.

On a side note, we will be performing some forums/gallery/classifieds upgrades in the coming weeks. There will be a little downtime, but it should be minimal compared to the recent problems.
