OK...so i ordered a O2 housing from SS Autochrome and figured i could reweld it if it was cheap. The order for on the website gave room for a shipping and billing adress. They sent me confirmation of where it was to be shipped. 2 days later FedEx sent me a confirm letter with the wrong address. I asked SS to fix this and they said that the form they use states they only ship to billing addresses. The one online does not but they didnt seem to care. I asked them for a partial shipping refund due to the serious delay in getting my part. Here is what they wrote back:
Well I apologize I didnt realize you didnt use that checkout page.
Regardless there is nothing we can do. It is CC policy that it be
shipped to billing address.
All we can do now is wait for it to come back and then reship it.
There is no need to get nasty and threaten us. And our customer service
is not bad. I was not nasty to
you I told you the problem. God! I tell you what, how bout this...if
your so determined to think our
products are cheap before you even get them I will keep the items when
they come back and refund you!
I will not do business with a BLOW HARD!!!
