Help instaling hood pins on a 2g CF hood

i just got a Carbon fiber VIS invader hood for my Eclipse, i just want to know what to use when making holes for my hood pins. Ive seen the hoods fly up many times and its sucks. So im gonna put hood pins on just to be safe for everyone. If you guys could tell me what to amek the holes with cause i dont want to crack my hood making them.

Use a dremel to cut/trim the holes. Start the holes with a drill bit. Also start the holes for the screws otherwise they will crack the hood too. There's some decent writeups on the net if you search for them.
