I finally got around to installing my eibach pro-kit springs and new kyb gr2 shocks/struts. Let me just say wow! It is a perfect drop and the car handles great. It absorbs bumps and potholes wonderfully and i couldnt be happier. The installation didn't take too long either. the fronts were a pain but the rear's were easy. I also installed the DIY rear camber kit. that was also easy. I need to install a front camber kit but i'm still shopping around for one. I'll probably end up with the eibach one.

I just wanted to shout out at those confused on what suspension set-up to go after. I am very happy with mine! :dsm:

That is a good daily driver on a budget setup. I essentially have the same set-up on my 1G. Intrax springs with KYB GR-2s. Although the GR-2s are 10% stiffer than stock they aren't considered sport shocks. To me that is fine because I need a somewhat soft ride for daily driving. But the nice drop helps the handling immensely which coupled with the smooth ride makes for a good setup that doesn't break the bank. Add a Road Race rear stress bar to combat understeer and you've got a nicely upgraded but mild mannered DSM.

Hopefully your GR2's hold up better on your 2g AWD than they did on my 1g AWD with the same setup... the shocks only lasted about 10k
