It stalls at stop signs and red lights seems to take a min to down shift and upshift i think I need to re time the valves or soemthing can anyone offer some advice, btw this kit is deff worth the money just need to be precise

I just did the 175-HP kit in my 91...couldnt be happier. Shifts are nearly instant, upshifts and downshifts are great. Had to drill out relief holes in the valve plates, and used the black spring.

If you are stalling, you may have left out an aurum ball or one of your springs is binding...i would recheck your install for errors. Otherwise, look elsewhere for your issues (the torque converter comes to mind) check your fluid and filter as well.

seems to have been low on tranny fluid almost wouldnt move this morning man i was trippin out, i put two more quarts in and it seems to be ok so far knock on wood

Not sure where you heard 4.8....unless youre taking about engine oil.

I added 1 quart to my torque converter and another 7 to the transmission when I overhauled everything. That was for initial start up. After that, i ended up adding another quart and some change.
