aem wideband sensor stuck at 14.8

im pulling it out and completely reinstalling, its weird because i barely touched it and it worked for awhile, but it makes sense because i was running the sensor test to see if its still good. thanks guys.

pulled it out of the car, double checked all connections and held it against a battery, still reads 14.8 and thats it, sometimes cycles around 14.8 but always goes back.
