420A Car won't start

I have a 1996 Eclipse Gs 5 speed when I turn the key nothing happens radio has power and so do the lights makes no sounds when turning the key.Car will puch start and runs great when I drive it? Took it to a mechanic but says he cant diagnose it because mods have been,had gthe car for a year has ran perfect til now? any suggestions

Start with fuses. If there good then starter.

Check the starter relay.
