i have dsmlink v2 and i am buying v3 for i cannot find v2 adapter and i just want to be correct i just take out my v2 chip and put in the v3 chip correct?

Yeah that is correct if you are purchasing the upgrade package witch comes with the cables the chip and software. Assuming that your eprom ecu is socketed.

im not doing a upgrade i just bought v3 out right i couldnt do the upgrade cus i only have the v2 chip and not the adapter thanks for the conformation
