Finally finished pump rewire . Now i am leaning out when i go onto throttle not wot..Can i adjust that using the maf-t ? ...I should be running pig rich , with the walbro 255 and rewired ..Shouldn't i WTF ...All help would be appreciated ..Never played with maft setting and i don't know what it can adjust just yet :hmm: ....

Its Not the pump , Just had it out ..Had it checked ..Tank is nice and clean , so its not clogging...I will change the fuel filter tomorrow , maybe that's the problem..Will also check the volts going to the relay tomorrow

Started after the rewire , when i go into wot ..it evens out ..Just don't like the whole lean when pressing the throttle , and lack of power

Can anyone help , still leaning out when going on the throttle ..Little choppy untill i go wot ..normal-lean at idel ..Normal when warm ..Lean while on throttle ..Normal while Wot
Rewire =good ground ,good power etc

What fuel pressure regulator are you using? Rewiring the fuel pump shouldn't affect A/F ratio at all (rich or lean) so long as the pump is functioning and properly regulated. Also, what gauge wire did you use for the rewire?

your absolutely sure it wasnt doing that before?, you could go on your maft and turn your middle knob a few clicks richer to see what happens.

I dont see an Afpr on your mod list, a 255 has been commonly known to overrun a stock regulator, i see you have a a/f ratio gauge, i assume its a narrowband advanced auto parts type? well if so, you should never use that as a reference tool to your actual a/f ratio.

I forgot i had this thread up ...I think its the ground from the pump (the one that is still in the plug ) ..Can i just cut it before the plug and ground it??
The maft could be set to run to lean also ..(all settings are set to f ) what knob to i adjust and in what mode?
Still has the stock fpr
