I installed a Harness bar off ebay that was universal and worked great.

BLACK RACING SEAT BELTS HARNESS BAR SAFETY CAMLOCK BELT | eBay

It was definitly worth the money. The only downfall is I cant use back seats. It was easy. Just remove the bolts hoding the seatbelts and put the bar behind. Im still able to use the stock seat belts and have my racing belt installed correctly. I used scroth racing install manual.

In that pic, it almost looks like the harness bar is below the level of the holes in the seat, at least on the driver's side. Is that true?

It does appear to be that way in the picture, and I think I know why you're asking.

The height of the bar is adjustable via the two rods that connect that bar to the floor (which his pic doesn't show). Longer rods will bring the height of the bar up. BUT, as long as the harness straps are at a 20* (or less) angle from the seat to the bar, then it's considered acceptable anyway.
