can this replace a datalogger

okay im just curious as to whether or not this works for our cars. i know that we have the datalogger available for us, but it's $500 and this one is only $200. so already u can see my curiosity. has anyone used this on their eclipse before and had success or failure or anything at all? please let me know. thanks

What logger for $500 are you referring to? Pocketlogger.com sells loggers for $125....

And that Brockwater unit doesnt read knock, timing advance, STFT, LTFT......

I'd stick with what works best - the pocketlogger and a Palm....
